Rewind Vending provides reconditioned snack and beverage vending machines, installation, and ongoing technical maintenance. Our work includes mechanical refurbishment of coin mechanisms and bill validators, cooling system replacement, cashless payment upgrades, and remote telemetry monitoring for stock levels and machine health. All services are delivered at the agreed site location.
The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the machine location for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. The client must ensure the site has a standard electrical outlet within reach of the machine and a stable internet connection for telemetry features. Any damage caused by improper use, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications is the client's responsibility.
Scheduled cleaning and performance checks are performed at intervals agreed upon at contract signing. On-site repair response is typically within two business days of a reported issue, depending on location and parts availability. Remote telemetry data is used to identify potential faults before they cause downtime, but it does not guarantee that all failures can be predicted or prevented.
Rewind Vending is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or business interruption resulting from machine downtime, payment system outages, or telemetry connectivity issues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the preceding three months. This section does not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must allow retrieval of our equipment within 14 days. Outstanding fees for services already rendered remain payable. We may suspend service immediately if the client fails to provide site access or violates these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
